Kathryn Moon is an American romance author from Ohio, writing lushly emotional paranormal and 'why-choose' romance with a devoted following.
She has been making up stories since childhood, when she dictated them to her mother before she could write them down herself, and went on to take a degree in fiction writing. Now published in print through Bloom Books, an imprint of Sourcebooks, she describes her aim as writing 'women who are strong in their vulnerability' and 'romances that are as affectionate as they are challenging'.
Her signature creation is the Sweetverse, a five-book sequence of steamy, tender omegaverse romance. It opens with Baby & the Late Night Howlers, in which a young woman discovers her omega designation among a motorcycle-club pack of alphas, and continues with Lola & the Millionaires, drawing a wary heroine toward a wealthy alpha pack. Beyond it she has built whole shelves of paranormal and monster romance - The Librarian's Coven, Tempting Monsters, Monster Smash Agency and Dragonkin among them - alongside series such as Inheritance of Hunger and Sol & Lune.
A self-confessed 'country mouse' who 'definitely believes in magic', she spends her time away from the page knitting sweaters and, above all, baking pies.
